Prof. Dr. Florian Turk
Co-founder and CEO
Co-founder and CEO of Microwave Solu7ons GmbH, Florian Turk brings extensive leadership experience, having served as Global Head Commercial and ExComm member at Sandoz Biopharma, and held senior roles at Novar7s Pharmaceu7cals and GlaxoSmithKline. He also chairs the board of Novitalis AG and mentors leading start-ups and scale-ups. Florian Turk is an Honorary Professor at the University of Paderborn, with a Master of Science in Economics and a Doctorate in Business Administra7on from the University of Trier, Germany.
Thys Rossouw, MEng
Co-founder and CTO
Co-founder and CTO of Microwave Solu7ons GmbH, Thys Rossouw has a strong background in developing and commissioning high-power microwave systems. Prior to co-founding Microwave Solu7ons, he cofounded Delphius Technologies & Consultancy. Thys Rossouw holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
